Hello, my name is Dee.
I create nourishing and delicious recipes using fresh high-quality ingredients. I believe that real food always tastes better and that cooking should be enjoyable so I make my recipes as easy as possible without compromising on taste and nutrition. I love to cook with homemade broths and stocks, lots of vegetables, fresh herbs and spices, and high-quality proteins.
My recipes are inspired by the many countries where I have lived and traveled. Some of my most exciting food experiences were during the decade that I spent living in Asia.
I combine all my international inspiration and experiences with technical expertise to create easy-to-follow recipes. I have a base in French cuisine, having trained at the Cordon Bleu Institute in Paris, France.
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, I grew up in a family that love to cook. These days, my kitchens are in Chamonix, France (that’s the eponymous ski kitchen), and Geneva, Switzerland.
